This is the question that is on the mind of many WWE fans, who would love to see Shawn Michaels, a.k.a, the Heartbreak Kid or HBK, compete on the ring again. Since his injury at the hands of Chris Jehrico, at the WWE’s pay-per-view event, ‘The Great American Bash, last month. During the match, Shawn Michaels got the beating of his life, by the former WWF/WWE Intercontinental and Undisputed Champion, Chris Jericho. Mr. Jehrico beat Mr. Michaels up to such an extent, that Mr. Michaels suffered a serious left eye injury and had to seek medical treatment for the partially-detached eye.

Since the injury, Mr. Michaels has not competed in a WWE ring and is currently recuperating from the injury he sustained, during the match. Retirement for Shawn Michaels maybe eminent; but In a recent interview on a showing of a Monday Night Raw event, he made comments about returning to the ring, but is still undecided in his decision to return to the ring. Could this be the end of Shawn Michaels’ wrestling career? Maybe. Maybe not. Only time will tell when and if we see the return of the ‘Heartbreak Kid’ Shawn Michaels.
